Company Profile

Northwest Plumbing Services is a full-service company specializing in all aspects of plumbing for residential and commercial buildings.

We are a family-owned and operated company that has been serving Columbia County since 1991, owned by David and Mindy Sass. David has been in the plumbing trade since 1985.

A two generation company we work along side our son, Richard and daughter, Susannah.

Fun fact - David was the youngest journeyman plumber in Oregon when he received his license at the age of 20!

We operate with professionalism, integrity, honesty, and dedication to taking pride in our workmanship.

General Policies

Our service calls have a one hour minimum labor charge. After the first hour, we charge by the 1/4 hour.

We provide a one-year labor warranty and aid homeowners with manufacturer warranties.

We do not provide any warranty for products not supplied by Northwest Plumbing Services.
